Weeknight dinners should be easy.
No one has time for ultra-complicated weeknight dinners! That's why I created this easy sheet pan meal! You should never have to sacrifice flavor for time. Salmon is always a favorite in our house & I love that it cooks so fast! The orange in the recipe creates a light citrusy sauce that is ever so tasty. You can feel good about getting this meal on the table.
Orange Salmon & Broccoli will be your new weeknight favorite because it... Comes together in under 30 minutes. Uses one pan with minimal chopping/prep. (I used pre-cut broccoli!) Combines a handful of simple ingredients. Is simple, delicious & healthy! A motto I strive to live by in my cooking. This recipe uses coconut aminos which is made from coconut (tree) sap. Crazy right? It's honestly so delicious & doesn't taste like coconut! Plus it's wheat, soy & gluten free. If you aren't looking for an alternative to soy sauce feel free to use tamari or low sodium soy sauce instead (keep in mind you may need to use less). I personally think the coconut aminos gives this dish a subtle sweet flavor that plays well with the orange! Protein substitutions: If you want to substitute another protein in this dish I would recommend shrimp or chicken.
