I created this recipe right out of college when I began trying to incorporate more lean proteins into my diet. I have also never been a huge fan of ground beef so this is a nice alternative! Today, ground turkey is a staple in our household that is served weekly. Ground turkey can be VERY plain. The right amount of seasoning and moisture must be added to make it more appetizing!! These meatballs can be made into smaller balls for a party appetizer. They are perfect for any week night, get-together, or potluck! Plus, they will keep you on track with your healthy eating habits!
